At SAFE Legal, we are committed to providing high-quality services to our students. However, we understand that there may be situations where you feel the need to raise concerns regarding the quality of service.
Full Refund Policy:

If a student raises an objection regarding the quality of service, they are eligible for a full refund (excluding GST) within 30 days of the objection, provided the reason for the objection is valid and clearly communicated via email to SAFE Legal.

This refund policy applies only if the student has not utilized any of SAFE Legal’s services prior to raising the objection.
Conditions for Refund:

The student must submit the objection in writing (via email) within 30 days of the service being provided.

The objection must clearly state the reason for dissatisfaction with the service.

Refunds will be processed once the objection has been reviewed and deemed valid.
Please note that this policy does not apply to any services that have already been availed by the student before submitting the objection.
